Where we deliver and how it works
Where can I buy palm trees and plants delivered in Cape Coral and Fort Myers?
Florida Palm and Plant Co. is a plant nursery based in Cape Coral. We sell palms, privacy hedges, shrubs, shade and flowering trees, fruit trees and color plants, and we either deliver them or deliver and plant them with our own crew.
Plant prices are published on the site by size, and every order starts with a written price by text.
Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver across Southwest Florida and up the Gulf Coast to Tampa Bay.
- Southwest Florida: Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, Bonita Springs, Punta Gorda, Lehigh Acres, Marco Island, Estero, North Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva, Pine Island, LaBelle, Port Charlotte and Englewood
- Gulf Coast to the north, served by our Tampa Bay team: North Port, Sarasota, Venice, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Palmetto, Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Apollo Beach, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Wesley Chapel and New Port Richey
We do not deliver to Orlando and Central Florida, Miami or the Atlantic coast. Large wholesale orders of $2,500 or more can be quoted for freight anywhere in Florida.
Can I pick plants up at the nursery?
No. We do not offer pickup. Every order is either delivered or delivered and planted.
What is the difference between delivered and delivered and planted?
Delivered means the plant is dropped at your property and you plant it. You pay a delivery fee by zone and Florida sales tax.
Delivered and planted means our crew brings the plant, digs the hole, sets and stakes it as needed, backfills, waters in and cleans up. There is no sales tax on planted material.
Prices and payment
How much does a privacy hedge cost in Cape Coral?
A 3 gallon clusia hedge plant is $25 delivered and planted, a 7 gallon is $50 and a 15 gallon is $110, and podocarpus is priced the same at those sizes.
Delivery is included in Cape Coral, North Fort Myers and Pine Island. Orders of 50 or more plants of one kind step down in price at 50 and 100.
The hedge calculator turns feet of fence into a plant count and a planted estimate.
How much does a palm tree cost installed in Cape Coral?
It depends on the palm and the size. Delivered and planted in Cape Coral, North Fort Myers and Pine Island:
- Areca palm, container: $46 (3 gal), $87 (7 gal), $160 (15 gal)
- Christmas palm, container: $87 (7 gal), $168 (15 gal), $330 (25 gal)
- Foxtail palm, container: $125 (7 gal)
- Christmas palm, field-grown 8 to 10 ft: $1,325 per tree
- Foxtail palm, field-grown 10 to 12 ft: $1,400 per tree
- Royal palm, field-grown 12 to 14 ft: $1,500 per tree
Field-grown palms are priced by height and species. The price page lists every palm we sell by size, and a trip charge applies outside Cape Coral, North Fort Myers and Pine Island.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is included in the planted price in Cape Coral, North Fort Myers and Pine Island. Planted orders carry a trip charge elsewhere: $100 in Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres and the beaches, $200 in Estero and Bonita Springs, $350 in Naples, Marco Island and Charlotte County, quoted by county from Sarasota to Tampa Bay.
Delivered-only orders pay a delivery fee by zone (from $95) plus sales tax.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum is $500 per order, delivered or planted, in every area we serve. If you only need a few in-stock plants, a Plant Day order has no minimum.
What if I only need a few plants?
Book a Plant Day. We line up small orders of in-stock common plants in your area and bring them all on one day. There is no order minimum, and delivery is a flat fee by area:
- $49 flat delivery in Cape Coral, North Fort Myers and Pine Island
- $99 flat delivery in Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, the beaches, Estero and Bonita Springs
- $149 flat delivery in Naples, Marco Island, Charlotte County, Englewood and North Port
A Plant Day order stays under $1,500 planted and 90 gallons of pots, and you pay in full to book your spot. Product pages show the Plant Day price and the next date for your ZIP.
Do the prices include sales tax?
Planted material is a real property improvement in Florida, so there is no sales tax line on a delivered and planted order. Delivered-only orders pay Florida sales tax at the county rate on the plants and on the delivery fee.
How do I pay, and is there a discount for cash?
The price on your quote is the card price. Cash, Zelle or check take 3% off.
Planted jobs take a 50% deposit to schedule and the balance when the crew finishes. Delivered-only orders are paid in full before the plants ship. Quotes are good for 14 days.

How do I get a price?
Text your plant list, sizes and ZIP to (239) 763-0625, or fill in the quote form. A written price comes back by text, usually within the hour during the day.
The price arrives as a Square estimate link you can approve online. No site visit is needed and quotes are free. Prices shown on the site are estimates until your written quote confirms the exact number.
How long does delivery take?
Stock plants usually go out in 2 to 3 business days, and field-grown palms in 7 to 10 days. We text a delivery window the morning of arrival.
Plants, trade and design
Which plants work best in Cape Coral for privacy, salt air and storms?
For privacy, clusia and areca palm are the two plants we install most.
- Clusia: a tough, salt-tolerant wall that needs trimming once or twice a year
- Areca palm: a taller, softer screen that fills in faster
- Podocarpus: shapes into the cleanest formal hedge
- Sea grape and silver buttonwood: handle salt spray on canal and Gulf-side lots
For palms, Foxtail, Christmas, Royal, Areca and Bismarck are popular choices in Cape Coral.
Do you sell wholesale to landscapers and contractors?
Yes. Landscapers, contractors and property managers get 10% off, with no annual fee.
- Volume pricing on larger orders: 10% off 50 or more of one plant and 15% off 100 or more, with the total discount capped at 20%
- Job-site delivery across our service area
- Paste a plant list into the trade quote tool for an instant contractor price
Can you design or build the whole yard, not just plant it?
Yes, through our sister company Blue Collar Q: landscape design, pavers, irrigation and full installs. A 3D design starts at $400, and the full fee comes off your first invoice when you build with us.
Who runs Florida Palm and Plant Co.?
Florida Palm and Plant Co. is owner-operated under Blue Collar Q LLC in Cape Coral, so you deal with the owner, Quinten, not a call center. Text (239) 763-0625 or call (239) 799-5594, Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 5 PM.
Want the exact number for your yard?
Send the plants, sizes, how many and your ZIP. A written price comes back by text, usually within the hour during the day.
All prices on this site are estimates and may not be exact. Nursery stock and pricing move with season, plant size, availability and delivery area, and small orders carry a minimum. Submit a quote request and we confirm availability and your exact price in writing, usually the same day.
